Polyethylene. Loose one-size film gloves for single-touch tasks: sandwich builds, deli counters, buffet service. Fast on, fast off. Unsuited to any task needing grip, heat tolerance or a seal at the wrist.
Latex. The best fit and feel of the group, and the reason it survived on fine-dining lines. Also the only material carrying a protein allergy risk for staff and guests. Powder-free only, and never a fallback for someone reacting to nitrile.
