Domestic Shipping Policy

We have put a lot of focus on making sure the items get delivered to our customers as quickly as possible. 

Please Note: Estimated Ship Timelines Do Not Include Handling/Production Time!

Delivery Time = Handling time + Transit time

All the products will be put through a production process, therefore there will be a Handling Time on them.



Order cut-off time: 10:00 pm Canada time

Handling time: 2 – 3 Business days (Monday to Friday) Unless otherwise advertised.

Transit time: 3 – 6 Business days (Monday to Friday)

Customs, duties, and taxes

Chicken Pieces is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). This should be impossible since we do not ship internationally.


Shipment confirmation and order tracking

When your order is processed and a tracking number is available, you will receive an email with tracking information.


Damaged Delivery

  1. If you receive damaged goods from Chicken Pieces, you must notify us within one (1) business day of receipt of the goods.

    a. NOTIFICATION: Notification should be made by email to our Customer Service team at!

    b. EVIDENCE OF DAMAGE: When notifying us, please provide a detailed description of the damage and photographic evidence. This will help expedite the return process and ensure you receive a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

    c. RETURN SHIPPING: After contacting our Customer Service team, they will provide instructions for return shipping. Do not return any damaged goods without first contacting our Customer Service team. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded.

  2. REFUNDS OR REPLACEMENTS: Once we have received and confirmed the damage to your goods, we will, at your discretion, either: (i) send a replacement item to you, at our own cost; or (ii) provide a full refund for the damaged goods.

  3. FAILURE TO NOTIFY: If you fail to notify Chicken Pieces of the receipt of damaged goods within one (1) business day of receipt, Chicken Pieces will not be obligated to accept return of the damaged goods, or provide a refund or replacement.

  4. GOODS DAMAGED AFTER DELIVERY: Chicken Pieces will not be responsible for any goods that are damaged after delivery. Please handle all goods with care to prevent any post-delivery damage.
