Shipping Policy

1. Notice: U.S. Shipments Temporarily Paused

All shipments to the United States are currently paused due to recent Trump Administration tariffs. We are actively working with our logistics and trade partners to restore service as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

2. Where We Ship From

Chicken Pieces ships from our main warehouse in Calgary, Alberta (Canada). Some products may also ship directly from our U.S. fulfillment facility in Montana depending on stock availability.

3. Domestic Shipping Policy (Canada)

We focus on ensuring your items arrive quickly and safely.
Note: Estimated delivery timelines do not include handling/production time.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges and taxes are calculated and displayed at checkout.
We offer FREE Shipping on orders over $75 (before tax) within Canada.

Large equipment, bulky items, or deliveries to remote or limited-access locations may not qualify for free shipping. In such cases, Chicken Pieces will share shipping costs 50 / 50 with the customer.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • U.S. Shipments (when resumed): All customs fees, tariffs, and taxes imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Canadian Shipments: Duties and applicable taxes are included in your purchase price.

6. Order Tracking

When your order is processed and a tracking number is available, you will receive an email with full tracking details.

7. Multiple Packages & Missing Shipments

Orders may arrive in multiple packages depending on product availability and warehouse location.

If any package is missing, incomplete, or delayed, you must contact us within 3 business days of delivery to report any discrepancy. Claims filed after this period may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

8. Damaged Deliveries

If you receive damaged goods, you must notify us within 1 business day of receipt.

  1. Notification: Email our Customer Service team at hello@chickenpieces.ca.
  2. Evidence of Damage: Provide a detailed description and clear photos to expedite your claim.
  3. Return Authorization: Do not return any items until you receive instructions from our team. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
  4. Refunds / Replacements: After verification, we will either send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund for the damaged item(s).
  5. Failure to Notify: If you fail to report within 1 business day, Chicken Pieces will not be obligated to replace or refund damaged goods.

9. Goods Damaged After Delivery

We are not responsible for goods damaged after successful delivery. Please inspect all items immediately upon arrival.

10. Delivery Exceptions

Deliveries to churches, schools, construction sites, hotels, or other limited-access locations may require appointments or incur additional fees. We will contact you prior to shipping if special arrangements are needed.
