A JOY waffle cone pallet is a full skid of cased cones sold as one line for dock receiving. The large waffle cone pallet in the Chicken Pieces catalogue is built from 16 cases of 192 cones.
That format suits ice cream shops, concession stands and commissaries that already receive pallets and clear thousands of cones between deliveries.
We used the Chicken Pieces catalogue as of November 7, 2026. Each pallet name lists cases per pallet and cones per case. Multiplying those catalogue facts gives the unit totals below. We did not invent cone counts beyond what the catalogue shows.

Use the large waffle pallet when your shop clears about 3,000 large waffle cones between dock deliveries. Use the matching 192-case when storage or cash flow prefers smaller drops. Choose small waffle, gluten-free sugar or jacketed waffle pallets when those cone styles are already on your menu.
Plan dry floor space before the truck arrives. Sixteen cases need a clear dock path and a dry staging zone away from wet mop traffic.
Break the pallet into day-use racks quickly so front-line staff are not climbing a full skid mid-rush. Keep gluten-free sugar cones labelled apart from standard waffle cones so allergens stay controlled.
Order cases when you are testing a cone style, when storage is tight, or when volume does not clear a full skid cleanly. Order the pallet when cone volume is steady and dock receiving is already part of your week.
You can also mix. Keep a standing case order for large waffle cones while running a gluten-free sugar cone pallet for allergen demand. Browse pallets and skids and ice cream cones to build that split. Qualifying orders ship with free shipping on qualifying Canada-wide orders from Calgary.
