The Selection Gold offers taste and sensation and is extremely balanced. High grown, hand picked Arabica coffees give the best "Italian Espresso" adding mellowness to the taste. Fantini coffees are roasted to provide a dry, non oily coffee bean and recommends the use of a minimum 15 bar pressure coffee maker to obtain the maximum flavour.
