• Length is 19.75" and thickness is .072" - very long, round noodle – the classic pasta cut. Extruded through Teflon Die. Made from our 100% freshly-milled durum semolina and whole grain flour from Montana’s Golden Triangle.

• Arrezzio dry pasta offers an average of 2.1 lbs cooked product to 1 lb of dry product. This is above average using ONLY 100% freshly-milled durum semolina. No flour added. • Recommended serving size for a foodservice operation is 6 ounces or 170 grams.
