Storage and Usage
• Loose filled rice in a Poly Bag with 1 sticker label, 2 bags per shipper. Cool, dry storage at 21o C (70o F).

• Suitable for eating plain, but also goes well with many menu preparations where sweet, aromatic tasting rice is desired.
Preparation and Cooking Instructions
• To yield 40 servings 125 mL (1/2 cup) cooked rice : Combine 1.5L (6 cups) of rice, 2.25 L (9 cups) of water, 15 mL (1 Tbsp) of salt, 50 mL (1/4 cup) of butter of margarine in a stockpot. Bring to a boil over HIGH heat. COVER, reduce heat to MEDIUM LOW. Simmer for 10 to 15 minutes. Note : For firmer rice, decrease water. For softer rice, increase water.
