Storage and Usage
• 1 seasoning pouch and loosed filled mixed rice in 1 carton, 6 cartons per shipper. Cool, dry storage at 21o C (70o F).

Preparation and Cooking Instructions
• To yield 36 servings 125 mL (1/2 cup) cooked rice : Combine 2.5L (10 cups) of water, 125 mL (1/2 cup) of butter or margarine and contents of rice and content of seasoning packets in a stockpot, stir well. Bring to boil. cover tightly. Reduce heat to MED LOW. Simmer until tender. Approximate cooking Transfer to steam pan, along with all remaining liquid (which will soon be absorbed). Fold lightly to distribute seasoning. Cover and keep hot. Fluff with fork before serving.
