Serving Suggestions Top with your choice of dried fruits, nuts, cinnamon or yogurt. Preparation & Cooking Prepare oatmeal from the frozen state. Remove all packaging prior to cooking. Ensure product is thoroughly cooked to 165°F (74°C) before serving. Since appliances vary, the instructions below are guidelines only. Microwave (1000 WATTS): Place frozen oatmeal (without packaging)into a microwave-safe bowl. Cook on high for 2 minutes. Stir and cook on high for an additional 1 to 1 1/2 minutes. Let stand 1 minute before serving. Stir and serve. Caution: Product will be hot. Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
