• 1.75 L Cold 2% milk
•
• 1. Empty package of instant mousse mix into large mixing bowl.
• 2. Add 1.75 L cold 2% milk.
• 3. Mix on low speed for 1 minute or until smooth.
• 4. Scrape down sides and bottom of bowl.
• 5. Mix on high speed for 6 – 8 minutes.
• 6. Portion into serving dishes and refrigerate for 2 hours.
• 7. Refrigerate unused portions.
