McCormick's is a name synonymous with quality Canadian confectionery, and the Fruit Splash Gummy line delivers on that heritage with a vibrant assortment of juicy fruit-flavoured gummies built for bulk candy programs. The Fruit Splash collection spans a spectrum of fruit flavours — a curated assortment designed to satisfy the full range of customer preferences in a single bin — making it an efficient, crowd-pleasing SKU for pick-a-mix retailers, bulk food stores, and high-volume candy operations.

The 2.5kg / 5.51lb format is the operational standard for large-format candy programs. 5kg, the wholesale economics reflect the premium assorted gummy positioning while still supporting strong retail margins. Each gummy in the Fruit Splash range delivers a genuinely juicy flavour burst — not just a sugary coating but a full-bodied fruit experience that keeps customers selecting more from the bin and returning to restock their bags.

McCormick's long-standing presence in Canadian retail means the brand carries trust equity that reduces trial friction in pick-a-mix environments — customers who grew up with McCormick's products will reach for this bin with confidence.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do fruit gummies expire?

Yes, fruit gummies expire, and the date on the MCCORMICKS Fruit Splash 2.5kg bag is the one that matters. Shelf life is printed on the packaging and runs from the production date, so store the bag sealed in a cool, dry place and rotate stock first-in, first-out. Once opened, gummies can dry out, clump or lose their chew if exposed to air and heat. For a busy bin, write the open date on the bag and work through it well inside the stated best-before window.

How many servings will one 2.5kg case of MCCORMICKS Fruit Splash Gummies yield at typical portions?

At a typical 25g concession portion, a 2.5kg bag yields roughly 100 servings, and at a tighter 15g pick-a-mix scoop it stretches closer to 165. That spread matters when you are quoting a catered event or a weekend fair because a single bag can cover a small program or a couple of hours at a busy bin. Weigh a scoop once at your venue and the math becomes reliable for planning. Most operators running a candy wall order two to three bags per active bin to cover a full weekend.

What is the shelf life of MCCORMICKS Fruit Splash Gummies sealed and after opening?

Sealed, the 2.5kg bag carries the best-before date printed on the packaging and should be stored cool, dry and out of direct sunlight. Once opened, the gummies start losing moisture and can clump or firm up, so plan to move through an open bag within a few weeks of normal service rather than months. Write the open date on the bag and keep it sealed between fills. That single habit prevents the dry, stuck-together gummies that turn a bin into a write-off.

What allergens and certifications does MCCORMICKS Fruit Splash Gummy Candy carry?

The full allergen and certification picture lives on the bag label, and our listing does not assign any certification that is not printed there. Gummy candies commonly contain gelatin and may carry colour or processing adjuvants that matter for specific dietary programs, so read the panel before you place it in a school, hospital or multi-faith institutional account. If your venue requires a halal or gluten-free claim, verify with the than relying on brand assumption. Health Canada and CFIA both expect operators to rely on the current on-pack information.

Can MCCORMICKS Fruit Splash Gummies be used in a pick-a-mix bulk candy wall?

Yes, this is exactly the format the 2.5kg bag was built for. The assorted fruit spectrum means one bin serves customers across the full flavour preference range, so you cut bin count and refill labour compared to running two or three single-flavour SKUs. Pair it with a specialty option such as MCCORMICKS Puzzle Gummy Candy 2.5kg for variety without doubling your base footprint. Most operators treat Fruit Splash as the everyday anchor and rotate seasonal items around it.

How should catering companies portion MCCORMICKS Fruit Splash Gummies for dessert bars and family events?

For a dessert bar, pre-portion into small cups or ramekins rather than leaving an open bin, because a catered event has less traffic control than a retail pick-a-mix. A 25g to 30g cup per guest reads as a proper treat and keeps your yield predictable. For family day events, a shallow tray with a scoop and tongs works if you station someone nearby. Either way, keep the bag sealed between refills to protect the chew.

Where does MCCORMICKS Fruit Splash Gummy Candy fit alongside other bulk gummy options?

Fruit Splash is your everyday fruit gummy, the crowd-pleasing base that suits concession stands, bulk food stores and institutional treat programs alike. If you want variety on the same shelf, MCCORMICKS Gummy Candy Ocean 1kg brings a themed option and Huer Candy Cup Gummies 6 x 165g works well for grab-and-go cups. Build the program around the 2.5kg Fruit Splash bag and layer the specialty SKUs around it. That keeps your base bin reliable and your seasonal rotation fresh.

Is MCCORMICKS Fruit Splash Gummy Candy suitable for movie theatre and concession stand programs?

Yes, the 2.5kg format and assorted fruit profile suit high-volume concession programs where customers expect a full flavour spectrum in one scoop. Movie theatres, fairs and midway vendors like the single-bin simplicity because it reduces refill labour across a long service day. Pair it with a non-fruit option so the wall does not read as all one note. Confirm your bin or dispenser sizing against the bag before you commit to a display layout.

Do these bulk gummies hold quality through long service days without refrigeration?

Yes, MCCORMICKS Fruit Splash Gummies are a shelf-stable confectionery product and do not require refrigeration, which is a large part of why they work in concession and fair settings. Keep them out of direct sun and away from heat sources, because warmth is what softens the gummies and makes them stick together in the bin. A shaded, ventilated display area is enough. Re-seal the bag at the end of service so the remaining stock stays at its best for the next day.
