• Pour over various poultry dishes. Use for chicken pot pie. Thicken and enhance the drippings from roasts and stews. When replacing a regular sauce, add 1 tbsp of salt to 4L of your prepared LUDA H sauce.
Preparation and Cooking Instructions
• To Prepare: 4 L
• Mix: 395 g
• Cold or Hot* Water: 4 L
• Add mix to 3/4 of the water, stirring vigorously with a whisk. Add the remaining water and stir. Heat and hold above 65°C (150°F). Stir before serving.
