Libbey Nob Hill 10.25 oz. Classic Rocks Glass Set - 24/Case

Extensive Frequently Asked Questions — Libbey Nob Hill

Where can I buy Libbey Nob Hill rocks glasses in Canada?

You can purchase professional-grade 24-count cases at ChickenPieces.com. We ship directly from our local Calgary hub to bars and restaurants across Western Canada.

What is the purpose of the bumps on the bottom of the glass?

The "knobs" or beads on the base provide a unique visual texture, a better grip, and most importantly, prevent the glass from sticking to coasters or smooth table tops due to condensation.

Are these glasses stackable for storage?

While they are straight-sided, they are not specifically designed as stackable glasses. To prevent jamming or surface scratching, we recommend storing them side-by-side or in partitioned glass racks.

Is the 10.25 oz. size appropriate for an Old Fashioned?

Absolutely. 10.25 oz. is the industry "sweet spot" for rocks service. It provides plenty of room for a standard spirit pour plus a large clear ice sphere or muddled ingredients.

Are these glasses dishwasher safe?

Yes. The Nob Hill series is engineered for commercial use and can withstand thousands of cycles in a high-temp professional dishwasher without clouding or cracking.

What is the Libbey Safedge® Rim Guarantee?

If the rim of the glass chips, Libbey will replace the glass. This warranty is a hallmark of their commercial durability and ensures your glassware maintains a premium look.

Does the glass contain lead?

No. Libbey Nob Hill glassware is 100% lead-free, ensuring it meets all 2026 health and safety standards for professional food and beverage service.

How many glasses come in a single case?

This is an industrial-sized case containing 24 glasses, making it highly cost-effective for setting up large bar programs or banquet halls.

Are they heavy-bottomed?

Yes. The Nob Hill series features a substantial, weighted base that provides superior balance and a high-end, heavy feel in the guest's hand.

Why buy from a Calgary-based supplier like ChickenPieces.com?
