Libbey Gibraltar 7 oz. Rocks/Old Fashioned Glass - Case of 36

Extensive Frequently Asked Questions — Libbey Gibraltar

Where can I buy Libbey 15241 Gibraltar glasses in Canada?

You can purchase professional 36-count cases at ChickenPieces.com. We ship directly from our Calgary warehouse to restaurants, bars, and hotels across Western Canada.

What is the Libbey DuraTuff® treatment?

DuraTuff is a specialized thermal process that strengthens the top portion of the glass. It increases resistance to mechanical and thermal shock, making the glass safer and longer-lasting in commercial settings.

What is the difference between a Rocks glass and a Double Old Fashioned?

Typically, a standard "Rocks" glass (like this 7 oz. model) is used for neat pours or spirits on ice. A "Double Old Fashioned" usually holds 10-14 oz. and is used for built cocktails with larger ice blocks.

Are these glasses dishwasher safe?

Absolutely. They are engineered for high-cycle commercial dishwashers and will maintain their crystal-clear brilliance through years of industrial use.

Do these stack together?

While the Gibraltar series can be stacked due to its tapered design, it is not specifically designed as a "stackable" glass. For high-density stacking, we recommend the Libbey Optiva or Infinium series.

Why buy from a Calgary-based supplier like ChickenPieces.com?

Ordering locally ensures you pay in CAD, avoid surprise border duties, and receive your stock in 2–5 days—essential for maintaining consistent service standards in Western Canada.
