Libbey Citation 6 oz. Chic Cocktail Glass Set - 36/Case

Extensive Frequently Asked Questions — Libbey Citation

Where can I buy Libbey Citation cocktail glasses in Canada?

You can purchase professional-grade 36-count cases at ChickenPieces.com. We ship directly from our local Calgary hub to bars and banquet halls across Western Canada.

What cocktails are best served in a 6 oz. Citation glass?

The 6 oz. size is the traditional vessel for any drink served "up" (chilled without ice). This includes the classic Gin or Vodka Martini, Manhattan, Cosmopolitan, Sidecar, and the Gimlet.

What is covered by the Safedge® Rim and Foot guarantee?

If the rim or the foot of the glass chips under normal commercial use, Libbey will replace the glass. This protect your investment against the two most common areas of breakage.

Is 6 oz. too small for a modern bar?

On the contrary, it is becoming the preferred choice for 2026 craft programs. It emphasizes quality over quantity and keeps the spirit-forward cocktail at a colder temperature for longer.

Are these glasses dishwasher safe?

Absolutely. The Citation series is engineered for the heat and chemicals of a high-temp commercial dishwasher and will not cloud or crack over time.

How many glasses come in a single case?

This is a bulk hospitality case containing 36 glasses, making it highly cost-effective for setting up large venues or catering operations.

Can I use these for wine service?

While primarily a cocktail vessel, the Citation glass is often used in a pinch for small dessert wines or fortified wine tastings due to its elegant V-shape.

Does the glass contain lead?

No. Libbey Citation glassware is 100% lead-free, ensuring it meets all 2026 health and safety standards for professional beverage service.

Why buy from a Calgary-based supplier like ChickenPieces.com?

Ordering locally ensures you pay in CAD, avoid surprise border duties, and receive your stock in 2–5 days—essential for maintaining consistent service standards in Western Canada.
