Libbey 12-Case Optiva 10 oz. Stackable Rocks/Old Fashioned Glassware

Extensive Frequently Asked Questions — Libbey Optiva

Where can I buy Libbey 15962 Optiva glasses in Canada?

You can purchase professional 12-count cases at ChickenPieces.com. We ship directly from our Calgary warehouse to restaurants, bars, and hotels across Western Canada.

What is the Libbey DuraTuff® treatment?

DuraTuff is a thermal process that increases the glass's resistance to mechanical and thermal shock. This makes the glassware safer to use and significantly reduces the frequency of replacement.

Are these glasses easy to separate when stacked?

Yes. The Optiva series is specifically designed for stacking, with internal lugs that prevent "vacuum lock," ensuring your staff can separate them with ease during service.

Are they dishwasher safe?

Absolutely. They are engineered for high-cycle commercial dishwashers and will maintain their brilliance through years of industrial use.

What is the benefit of a stackable rocks glass?

Stackability allows you to store more glassware in a smaller footprint—crucial for bars with limited shelf space—and speeds up clearing and resetting in high-volume environments.

Why buy from a Calgary-based supplier like ChickenPieces.com?

Ordering locally ensures you pay in CAD, avoid surprise border duties, and receive your stock in 2–5 days—essential for maintaining consistent service standards in Western Canada.
