• For each 450 g of pasta use 5 litres of water.Bring water to a rolling boil and add 1 tablespoon of salt. Add pasta to boiling water and stir. Cook uncovered, stirring occasionally for 8-10 minutes or until dsired tenderness is reached. Drain well and use for lasagna.
