Directions of Use:

1. General Cleaning Solution: Mix 18 g of the product in 1 L of water to create a cleaning solution.

3. Soiled Mops and Equipment: Soak mops and maintenance equipment in the solution for at least 30 minutes to remove dirt and stains.
4. Teapots, Steam Tables, and Pots:
   • Rinse with cold potable water.
   • Wash with the 18 g/1 L solution.
   • Rinse thoroughly with fresh water.
   • Air dry if necessary.
5. Removing Stains:
   • Soak surfaces such as porcelain, meat blocks, and tiles with the 18 g/1 L solution.
   • Allow to sit for 5 to 10 minutes.
   • Scrub and rinse thoroughly with potable water.
6. Sanitizing: Use the solution for final rinse waters to sanitize hard, non-porous surfaces after they have been cleaned with a suitable cleaning agent and rinsed with potable water.
