Preparation Cooking Instructions
• 1: Add 4L (1 gallon plus 1 cup) hot water to a Half-size, 6” deep steam table pan.
• 2: Add all potatoes, stir for 15 seconds.
• 3: Let stand for 5 minutes, stir and serve.
• Tip: Mix by hand or prepare in a mixer.
