Heat until internal temperature reaches 74°C. Convection oven: Place plates on baking sheet, cover with aluminium foil tightly. Preheat oven to 150°C (300°F). Heat approximately 40-45 minutes until internal temperature reaches 74°C. Amana oven: Cover plate with air tight lid. Heat for 1.5 minutes at 30%, 2 minutes at 20% 2.5 minutes at 10%. Heat until internal temperature reaches 74°C.
