For the most reliable measurements, hold jigger between two fingers, steady, and fill to brim or measurement line. Tip contents quickly into mixing glass. Bar Spoon: Preserve your cocktails clarity by mixing instead of shaking. Pour ingredients into a chilled glass, insert bar spoon, add ice, and stir gently for up to 60 seconds. Hawthorne Strainer: Place over mouth of mixing glass and hold down with two fingers. Control how finely your cocktail is strained by sliding the strainer closer to or further from the lip of the glass.
