The Ontario Cosmetic Pesticides Ban Act, 2008 prohibits the use of this product for cosmetic purposes on lawns, gardens, parks, and schoolyards within Ontario. Buyers in Ontario must ensure their intended use falls within the excepted-use categories listed above. Buyers outside Ontario should follow their own provincial and federal regulations.

The buyer is solely responsible for compliance with all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal regulations regarding pesticide purchase, transport, storage, and use.
