Refund policy

Every Field Pack comes with a 14-day refund. If it did not help, email [email protected] with your receipt and we refund it in full. No form, no reason required.

Timing

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe and usually appear in 5-10 business days.

After 14 days

Email us anyway. We would rather fix the pack than keep money from someone it did not help.
